Just Horizons Earns Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency

We’re proud to announce that Just Horizons Alliance has earned the Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency—the highest level of recognition for nonprofit accountability and transparency.

Candid (formerly GuideStar + Foundation Center) provides the most widely trusted source of information for funders evaluating nonprofit effectiveness. The Platinum Seal is awarded to organizations that go beyond basic reporting to share board composition, quantitative impact metrics, program outcomes, financial stewardship, and clear progress toward mission.

“Funders deserve to see exactly how far their support goes,” says Janet Kang, Executive Director of Just Horizons Alliance. “Whether it’s our computational modeling that helps policymakers make data-informed decisions, or our AI ethics frameworks that are shaping responsible technology adoption, we believe trust is built through clarity, rigor, and measurable results. The team behind this work is dedicated to meaningful impact, and deeply grateful to the partners who make it possible.”

This recognition affirms our commitment to:

  • High-quality research that helps leaders make better decisions
  • Tools and frameworks that safeguard human dignity in an AI-driven world
  • Transparent, measurable impact at every stage of our work

We’re honored to be recognized in this way—and we will continue to raise the bar on what responsible, community-centered innovation looks like.
